You will be heading up a talented team of Flash Developers to lead the production, development and delivery of a range of high profile digital marketing projects. The team is heavily involved in not only the technology and coding side of campaigns but also works closely with the wider creative team on concepts and design ensuring campaigns are truly integrated and innovative.

You will have proven experience of managing and running a similar team with excellent interpersonal skills.

You will have extensive experience of flash development within a creative agency working on high profile, global blue chip clients.

You will have experience of Object Orientated Programming and Agile development as well as experience with Eclipse or a similar code editor.

A good understanding of interaction design and competency in Photoshop and Illustrator is also important.
