Risk Journals, a brand in Incisive Media’s Financial Risk Management Division, is looking to expand its editorial team. Founded in 1997, Risk Journals is continually developing its list of titles, following on from recent successful new launches. At a time of unprecedented interest in financial markets, we are looking for an Editorial Assistant to develop and administer the seven quarterly journals currently published.

The Role

A good degree, strong desire to work in publishing, and excellent written and spoken English are essential; publishing experience and scientific or mathematical knowledge are useful but not required. The successful candidate will be involved in project management, editing and production of new content, researching new areas and liaising with external editors, typesetters and printers.

On-the-job training will be combined with formal training in editorial and publishing skills. This is an ideal position for someone starting out in career in publishing at what is, with the revolution in ebooks, an exciting time for the industry.
