The INQUIRER is seeking an enthusiastic newshound with a passion for technology to join its team. The INQUIRER is an IT news and reviews site, which focuses on keeping its readers up-to-date on the latest cutting edge technology, from chips and operating systems through to laptops and storage kit.

The Role

Based in Incisive Media’s Soho offices, the role involves writing news aimed at an audience of technology professionals and enthusiasts, following developments in the IT sector and building up a contact base of industry experts. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in The INQUIRER’s review and multimedia activities, including presenting videos.

The ideal candidate will have a journalism or IT degree, with some experience working on a technology publication. They will have a strong news sense, excellent writing ability and the confidence to build relationships with industry contacts. Equally important is hands on experience with technology, and an ability to form an opinion on new products. So we’d love to hear from you if you’re a dab hand at building your own PC and can say whether Anonymous or SOPA will reign supreme in 2012.
