Payments
 
Our payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice unless other payment terms have been arranged and have received approval from a Director of EditorialJobs.co.uk
 
Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time without consultation. You may terminate your account with EditorialJobs.co.uk through the contact us page stating clearly that you wish to terminate your account. This will be completed in the nearest admin cycle.

Liability

EditorialJobs.co.uk accepts no liability for any loss direct or indirect caused through usage of the site whether in contract, tort or otherwise.

Anyone advertising on the site will indemnify us and agrees to keep us indemnified on demand against all claims, costs, proceedings, demands, losses, damages, expenses or liability (including without limitation any consequential losses or loss of profit and any legal fees) whatsoever.
